High blood pressure - a real widespread disease
High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most widespread common diseases. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), one in three adults worldwide suffers from high blood pressure. The fatal thing is that high blood pressure can lead to other diseases, and many sufferers are unaware of their hypertension. In addition to a healthy lifestyle, vital mushrooms can effectively regulate blood pressure.
If the systolic blood pressure exceeds values of 140 mmHG over a longer period of time, this is called hypertension. Causes of high blood pressure can be poor diet, stress or hormonal imbalance. However, high blood pressure can also be hereditary. Many sufferers are often unaware of their hypertension. You feel well and have no particular complaints at first. Therefore, too high values are often detected much too late.
However, excessively high blood pressure levels can result in serious secondary diseases. High blood pressure is considered the No. 1 risk factor for other cardiovascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, heart attack or stroke. In addition, various organ damage can occur as a result of hypertension. Permanently elevated blood pressure levels are also considered a risk factor for dementia. Vital mushrooms have proven to be effective both preventively and in the treatment of hypertension. They help to bring elevated levels back into a healthy range in a completely natural way.
Reishi and Auricularia are recommended for basic treatment. The Reishi, also called “shiny lacquer mushroom”, promotes higher oxygen saturation of the blood, which has a positive effect on cardiac activity. Furthermore, it reduces inflammatory processes and, due to its balancing effect, can also compensate for vegetatively induced fluctuations in blood pressure.
Due to its ingredient “adenosine”, Auricularia makes a valuable contribution to improving the fluidity of the blood and has a vasodilating effect. Thus, it generally promotes good blood circulation and naturally contributes to lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of thrombosis. Both mushrooms also have a cholesterol-lowering effect.
For the natural regulation of blood pressure, it is important to take the medicinal mushrooms in the form of a powder obtained from the whole mushroom for a period of at least three months. Unlike ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers or calcium antagonists, the mushrooms show hardly any side effects and are recommended for prevention and in milder forms of hypertension. In severe hypertension, they lead to a reduction in antihypertensive medication.
