Liver cleanse - coffee enema
A coffee enema – if done properly – causes the liver to produce more bile. It opens the bile ducts and makes the bile flush out toxins and remove them from the liver in just a few minutes. As a result, one often feels a great relief in all parts of the body, that is, instead of a miserable feeling, one has a feeling of well-being and is active.

A coffee enema can put some strain on the liver. Therefore, a coffee enema should be used only when necessary. Once a week is usually enough. For cancer patients, it may also be useful to do two enemas per week.
Dr. Gerson found that the caffeine in the liquid is absorbed within twelve minutes. The caffeine penetrates through the hemorrhoidal veins directly into the portal veins and thus into the liver.
